Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or unforeseen circumstances.

Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
Products purchased on sale or through promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and successfully inspected.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item and packaging. We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
